administration team

Bronberg Retirement Estate is managed by CSi Property Management working directly under the supervision of the Bronberg Board of Directors. Our onsite team includes a General Manager, 2 Admin Assistants and a Maintenance/Assistant Manager. All legal, admin and accounts are managed by our head office staff.

All your property needs are met within the Group’s various subsidiaries, which include:

We are registered with the necessary authorities such as the Estate Agency Affairs Board, the Debt Collectors Council of South Africa and with the National Association of Managing Agents of South Africa and are already operational in various areas within Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga.

Bronberg is blessed with an independent team of residents who make up our Social Committee. They strive to provide quality entertainment and organise interesting activities for our residents.

Financial Committee

Two directors, members of the managing agency and residents form the financial committee. Their goal is to find a balance between a financially sound estate and affordability for our owners and residents.
